In addition to a general membership roster printed in alphabetical order and the advertisers directory, each affiliate and institutional member is listed according to their specialty or service similar to "yellow pages" listings. Each Realtor member is listed separately with the names of licensees affiliated with their firm. The firm roster will also assist in identifying their agents. New members that will join will be included in the 2008-2009 Membership & Referral Directory. The annual publication is an excellent business referral tool. Copies of the 2007-2008 Membership & Referral Directory are available for purchase: $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Sales tax and shipping will be added to the total order. Quantity discounts are presented for orders over 10 copies. Outstanding networking events are also sponsored through the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors as "Your Network for Success." The next big event is the Annual Holiday Party scheduled for December 19th at the Marina del Rey Caterers.
