Frischman of JDF sells 13,000 s/f for $2.8 million

Robert Frischman, president of JDF Realty, has completed a recent sale of 381 Lenox Ave. in the borough's Harlem neighborhood. The 13,000 s/f duplex traded for $2.8 million.
