The deals include the following: * Chuck Sangster, senior VP, and John Funiciello, president, of JF Real Estate have brokered a lease for 16,250 s/f of office space with Countryway Insurance at the Syracuse Building, 224 Harrison St. This tenant is moving from the eastern suburbs and occupying the entire 8th floor of the building. Sangster represented the tenant and Funiciello (who is one of the owners of the building) represented the owners. *Funiciello also leased 2,850 sq/f of office space at 224 Harrison St. to the New York State Auditors. * Martin McDermott, senior VP of JF Real Estate, brokered the 1,400 s/f retail lease to Subway at Franklin Park Plaza on 6430 Kirkville Rd., East Syracuse. The landlord is Franklin Park Plaza, LLC. * McDermott brokered the lease of 2,500 s/f of office/showroom space Robert's Office Interiors at One Webster's Landing. The landlord is Webster's Landing, LLC. * McDermott completed the 1,400 s/f lease of office space to Spartan Staffing at 5781 Bridge St., East Syracuse. The landlord is Pavone Associates. * McDermott also brokered the 2,500 s/f lease of office space to InAlign, Inc. at 6700 Kirkville Rd., East Syracuse.
