Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the $3.7 million sale of the 185,000 s/f Riverside Plaza. 745 Special Assets, LLC sold the retail property.
A local central New York development group purchased the plaza with plans to redevelop the property with major upgrades and improvements to attract new tenants to add to the current tenant mix, as well as appeal to the service needs of the community. Current tenants include P&C, McDonald's, Arby's, Friendly's and Family Dollar.
Jon Propper of Pyramid's Syracuse office, in cooperation with Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Market Group, brought together the buyer and seller to complete this sale.
