IOREBA installs 2007-2008 officers

The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area Inc. (IOREBA) has installed its 2007-2008 officers. IOREBA is one of the nation's largest regional commercial real estate trade groups; its members conduct business in N.J., N.Y., Penn. and Conn.
Hal Messer, an associate vice president with NAI James Hanson, has been named as IOREBA's president and will oversee all aspects of the organization's daily functions. David Violette, VP of Colliers Houston & Co. has been named VP, while Charles Logan Jr., president and CEO of The Aztec Corp., will serve as secretary; and Sean Brady, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., will serve as treasurer.
IOREBA's officers also include a 15-member executive committee and a senior council comprised of more than 30 industry leaders.
IOREBA's monthly meetings feature distinguished guest speakers, and its popular networking events.
