Goad, Fabio of GNYDC secure $640,000 SBA loan

The Greater New York Development Co (GNYDC) financed over 1,600 s/f of commercial real estate as part of total funding for qualified small business projects. Steve Goad, VP and Carmine Fabio, SVP financed Joshua Young, MD, ophthalmologist. Dr. Young purchased his existing leased space and an adjacent unit for the purpose of expanding his practice. Dr. Young received a $640,000 SBA loan as part of a $1.55 million financing package. There will also be an increase of 14 jobs created by the expansion. Dr. Young's office is located at 161 Madison Ave.
