On December 23, a topping out was held at Chelsea Enclave, a new condo located in the heart of Chelsea between 20th and 21st St. at 177 Ninth Ave., on the grounds of the General Theological Seminary, one of the oldest continually operating seminary in the United States.
Developed by The Brodsky Organization, the low-rise glass and red brick residences consist of one to four-bedroom homes, ranging from 882 to 3,452 s/f outfitted with European wide-plank "fumed" white oak flooring, high ceilings, a truly custom-crafted kitchen, and an array of state-of-luxury appliances. The homes overlook "The Close," an expansive central garden, which can be glimpsed behind those photographed. Occupancy is expected in December. For more information visit www.chelseaenclave.com.
