Sheldon Good & Company Auctions NorthEast, LLC, an auction and brokerage company, has been retained to sell at auction a 13,000 s/f development site, a mixed-use retail/residential building and two Harlem apartment buildings, 4-unit and 10-unit, representing investment opportunities.
