Olusesi joins Forchelli Deegan Terrana as land use and zoning associate

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP welcomes Fayoni Olusesi to the firm’s land use and zoning practice group as an associate.

Before joining Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, Olusesi served as a legal fellow to the honorable Susan Winograd and honorable Omer Shahid in Bronx Housing Court. He also served as a legal intern at a Manhattan based real estate law firm, a real estate investment trust and for the New York City Economic Development Corp.

Olusesi earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from The George Washington University.
