G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $26 million in combined financing for Northern NJ industrial portfolio

Union, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. secured $26 million in combined financing across three loans for three industrial buildings located in Union, Lincoln Park, and Clifton totaling 250,000 s/f. The financing for the portfolio was arranged by Bridget Wilcox, partner, and Al Raymond, principal, for a repeat sponsor. 

“We are pleased to arrange these financings for our repeat sponsor, an experienced ownership group who continues to create value across their industrial portfolio. We were able to structure non-recourse loans that met the borrower’s objectives and provided them with an attractive rate for five years,” said Wilcox.
