Northeast Private Client Group opens office in Albany; Morrissey joins as VP, investments

Albany, NY Northeast Private Client Group has expanded into New York’s Capital Region with the opening of a new office.

The Capital Region is between the firm’s existing New York presence in the Lower Hudson Valley and its New England markets, closing a gap in the territory and creating a continuous corridor of coverage from Westchester through Albany and into Western Massachusetts and beyond.

Morrissey joins NPCG as vice president, investments, where he will advise commercial property owners and investors throughout the Capital Region on property positioning, valuation, marketing strategy, and the execution of successful dispositions. He brings experience in commercial real estate brokerage, sales, and marketing throughout New York’s Capital Region, having represented property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants across a variety of commercial asset classes. Morrissey earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and later studied Organizational Leadership at The College of Saint Rose.
