Thompson and Zucker of Coldwell Banker Comm'l. NRT lease 1,000 s/f

Lois Thompson and Ira Zucker of Coldwell Banker NRT Realty leased a 1,000 s/f office suite on Shames Dr. The building is a 10,000 s/f class C office building with private parking. The new tenant, who is in the clothing business and will use this location as part showroom and part office, were delighted to have Thompson and Zucker assist them on both sides of the deal. Thompson, who is responsible for the educational series provided by LICN to its members, is currently a member of the LICN board of directors which Zucker joins beginning this month. This is another example of the successful working relationship the members of LICN enjoy.
