C & A Seneca Construction celebrates 100 years with an exhilarating New York Fashion Week kick-off

Manhattan, NY Carlo Seneca, CEO of C & A Seneca Construction, recently drew in hundreds of VIP guests for the celebration of his company’s 100^th anniversary. The festivities aptly coincided with the opening of NYFW.

He and co-hosts Indira Cesarine, editor-in-chief of The Untitled Magazine and Milan Jankovic, president & co-founder of 3Lite, celebrated high above the city at Tao Group Hospitality’s newly renovated (by C & A Seneca) Avenue Sky Lounge, directly above the Edge at Hudson Yards. Avenue Sky Lounge is the city’s highest party venue and it provided an extraordinary — and appropriate — backdrop across the city that never sleeps.

The “It” DJ’s in NY —  Eva Vos, Faena New York’s hottest talent, The Muses, known as the devilish duo, and the “Mashup Queen” DJ Omi — kept the energy going until late into the night.

Bold-faced names were in abundance, like Tao Hospitality owner Noah Tepperberg, Sant Singh Chatwal of Dream Hotel Group, Cody Zalk and Samuel Prieto of Related Group, Ted Nugent and James Paone of Belvedere Club and Mitch Hochberg of Lightstone Group.

The full renovation of the 101^st floor at Hudson Yards was recently finished by C & A Seneca — including Avenue Sky Lounge and Peak with Priceless Restaurant & Bar.
