SPECTOR’s design reimagines the traditional mall as a contemporary Main St. experience, bringing activity outdoors through interconnected streetscapes, pedestrian pathways, outdoor dining, landscaped gathering areas, and a central public green. Architecture, storefronts, lighting, signage, and landscape work together to create an inviting, energetic sense of place.

Restaurants and entertainment venues activate The District throughout the day and evening, while flexible outdoor spaces accommodate community events, seasonal programming, performances, and social gatherings. Pedestrian connections encourage visitors to explore, creating a stronger relationship between individual tenants and the overall destination.

SPECTOR’s design combines the familiarity of a traditional downtown with a contemporary architectural expression. Varied façades, materials, storefronts, and landscaping give individual spaces their own identity while maintaining a cohesive character throughout The District.
