September 8, 2026 - Movers & Milestones

Manhattan, NY KSR launched its new office leasing division, expanding the firm’s brokerage services to include landlord and tenant representation throughout the New York City market. The new division builds on KSR’s established investment sales, retail leasing, and debt advisory capabilities, completing its full-service brokerage model in response to growing demand from existing clients for office leasing expertise.

“Launching an office leasing division is a natural evolution of our business and an important step in delivering the comprehensive real estate services our clients have come to expect from KSR,” said Albert Sultan, executive vice president at KSR. “Our experience advising institutional owners and world-class retail brands has shaped the way we approach every assignment. This new service line allows us to extend that same strategic perspective in the office sector while providing clients with a more coordinated real estate advisory platform.”

Under Sultan’s leadership, KSR has assembled a dedicated office leasing team, which includes the appointments of Michael Gammal and Avery Reavill. Gammal and Reavill will serve as managing director and senior director, respectively, spearheading the division alongside Sultan while providing strategic advisory to both tenant and ownership clients.

“I’m incredibly excited to join KSR and work alongside a team of like-minded professionals in such a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment,” said Gammal. “I’m very optimistic about the future of the Manhattan office market, and I believe this move creates a tremendous opportunity to build on that momentum, while continuing to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

Gammal and Reavill each bring extensive office leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants and have individually completed more than 1 million square feet of leasing transactions over the course of their careers.

Reavill said, “Joining KSR’s office leasing platform and partnering with both Michael and Albert is truly a dream come true. I look forward to building upon KSR’s success in the office sector while continuing to provide clients with a full-service experience through the firm’s broader platform. It’s an exciting time for KSR, and I’m eager to be part of the team’s continued growth and success.”

The new division has already secured several office leasing assignments throughout New York City, including 645 Madison Ave., 350 Lexington Ave., 9 Times Sq., and 625 Broadway.
