One Domino Square surpasses 80% sold - designed by Annabelle Selldorf
Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management’s One Domino Square, Williamsburg’s tallest residential building, is now over 80% sold.
More than 128 of the 160 residences at One Domino Square have closed or entered contract, generating more than $360 million in sales. The building has continued to set pricing benchmarks, most recently with the $7.75 million closing of Penthouse 1B, the highest-priced sponsor closing in North Brooklyn history, which surpassed the previous $7.5 million record set by Penthouse 1A. Earlier this year, Penthouse 3A also achieved the highest price per s/f ever recorded for a sponsor sale in North Brooklyn. One Domino Square has claimed the title of New York City’s fastest-selling building for more months than any other new development since its launch.
“80% sold is a significant milestone that reflects the sustained demand we’ve seen since launch,” said Aaron Goed, sales director at Two Trees Management. “The building continues to lead the Brooklyn market in sales velocity and is one of the best-selling new developments in New York City, which is a testament to its thoughtfully designed residences, robust amenity package, and unrivaled location overlooking Domino Park and the East River.”
Designed inside and out by renowned architect Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects, the pearlescent building features an iridescent porcelain façade that reflects the waterfront and natural light throughout the day creating a dynamic, ever-changing presence on the New York City skyline. The podium façade is made of light grey granite with custom reflective back-painted grey glass spandrels wrapping around each level to further enhance the building’s luminous character. Inside, residences feature spacious open-plan layouts, luxury finishes, high ceilings, and oversized tilt-and-turn windows that frame sweeping views of the skyline, East River, and Brooklyn waterfront.
Two Trees’ in-house team exclusively handles marketing, leasing, and sales for the building.
