Gardiner & Theobald appoints Thaker as partner

Manhattan, NY Gardiner & Theobald (G&T) has appointed Pavan Thaker as partner, with a mandate to grow the firm’s hospitality business, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and private members’ clubs, across North America.

Thaker joins from Hersha Hotels & Resorts, where he served as vice president, design & construction, responsible for renovations, repositionings, and development across a portfolio spanning New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Boston, Florida, and California. He returns to G&T, where he spent more than a decade across the firm’s London, Miami, and New York offices, latterly as a director leading hospitality and residential projects.
