What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why?

This past year, I led the implementation of new audit technologies and data-driven processes within Baker Tilly x Anchin’s Real Estate Group. The project went beyond introducing new tools, requiring us to redesign workflows, identify automation opportunities, and leverage technology to enhance client service.

What made this especially rewarding was seeing the impact on both  sour professionals and clients. We streamlined complex audit procedures, improved turnaround times, and delivered deeper insights to sophisticated real estate owners, developers, and funds.

What advice would you give to the next generation of women entering commercial real estate?

Embrace every opportunity to learn, build relationships, and trust your expertise. Commercial real estate offers tremendous opportunities for growth, and the most successful professionals are often those who stay curious and open to new challenges.

I encourage young women to seek mentors, advocate for themselves, and recognize the value of their perspective. Diverse viewpoints strengthen teams, spark innovation, and improve decision-making. Believe in your abilities, invest in your development, and look for opportunities to help others succeed along the way.
