What was the most rewarding project or deal you’ve worked on in the past 12 months, and why? 

I’m currently working on several exciting projects, ranging from corporate interior renovations to base building upgrades for some of New York City’s most prestigious landlords and iconic commercial properties. These projects involve delivering high-quality construction solutions while collaborating with leading owners, architects, and project teams across the city.

What leadership lesson has made the greatest impact on your career?

The leadership lesson that has had the greatest impact on my career is that trust is earned through consistency, not titles. I’ve learned that the best leaders lead by example, communicate openly, and take ownership of both successes and challenges. In construction, where every project depends on collaboration, I’ve seen firsthand that people perform at their best when they know their leader is accountable, approachable, and committed to the team’s success. Focusing on building trust, empowering others, and solving problems together has made me a more effective leader.
