The most rewarding project involves completing a major system upgrade, streamlining our project workflows, and launching an automated knowledge sharing and retrieval platform. These initiatives significantly improved operational speed, reduced processing errors, and delivered immediate value to our industry as a whole along with our users.

What trend or change in commercial real estate do you believe will have the biggest impact over the next five years?

The demand for AI and the infrastructure needed to support it. The demand on green resources and land value is already being impacted by the data centers needed to support AI. This will call for stricter green mandates forcing building owners to upgrade their properties to lower their carbon footprint.
