Bow, Romeo and Caliban of The Durst Organization sign 11,223 s/f of leases at 1133 Avenue of the Americas
Manhattan, NY The Durst Organization closed three leases totaling 11,223 s/f of prebuilt office suites on the 27th floor of 1133 Avenue of the Americas, completing the prebuilt program at the building. Quantexa, a data analytics and AI software company, has signed a new lease for 5,263 s/f. Theater company Olympus Theatricals and financial services firm Global Securitization Services have renewed their leases for 3,345 s/f and 2,615 s/f, respectively.
The Durst Organization was represented in house by Tom Bow, Rocco Romeo, and Nora Caliban. Quantexa was represented by Aidan Campbell of Colliers.
1133 Avenue of the Americas is a 1.1 million s/f, 45-story Class A tower located in the Bryant Park neighborhood. The building features a travertine lobby accented by a LED sculpture by Leo Villareal, destination dispatch elevator controls, modern elevator cab interiors, and a landscaped outdoor plaza. Other property features include 5,000 s/f of green roofs and exclusive landscaped terraces. 1133 is certified LEED Gold under LEED v4 Existing Buildings: Operations + Maintenance.
Tenants at 1133 Avenue of the Americas include Charles Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, Take 2 Interactive, the National Basketball Players Association, Steptoe LLP, Massumi + Consol, Schindler Elevator Corp., and Steinway & Sons.
