Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital’s 1122 Madison Avenue inks $21.175 million contract

Manhattan, NY 122 Madison Ave.’s half-floor Residence 14 North went into contract for $21.175 million. This was a top deal in the Olshan report and the only deal above $10 million.

With over $420 million in contracts, there are only three units remaining in Legion Investment Group and Nahla Capital’s 26-unit condominium development on the Upper East Side. 1122 Madison Ave. was the fastest-selling boutique new development in Manhattan in Q1, having sold 70% of its residences in the first month alone. Its top contract was an $89.5 million penthouse – an Upper East Side record that achieved the highest price and price per s/f ever for a condominium in the neighborhood.

Designed by Studio Sofield, Residence 14 North spans 3,809 s/f with Central Park views and a 27’x18-ft. corner great room. The home has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a powder room, a formal dining room overlooking the park, a large-scale eat-in kitchen, and a library.
