Savanna and Anastacia achieve full office occupancy at 799 Bdwy. with 22,531 s/f lease
Manhattan, NY Savanna along with its partner Anastacia have completed a 22,531 s/f office lease at 799 Broadway, bringing the office component of the class A property to 100% occupancy. 799 Bdwy. is owned in partnership with Anastacia
The tenant signed a 12-year lease for the entire third floor of the 12-story building, located at the corner of Bdwy. and East 11th St. in Greenwich Village.
The transaction marks a milestone for Savanna and Anastacia, partners in the ownership of 799 Bdwy., which acquired the 177,000 s/f mixed-use property in November 2024.
The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Evan Algier, David Mainthow, Michael Montesi and Nick Masi. Savanna was represented by JLL’s Benjamin Bass, Mitchell Konsker and Thomas Swartz.
