Realmo establishes NYC headquarters, accelerating growth in the world’s largest CRE market
Manhattan, NY Realmo, the leading CRE intelligence platform, has relocated its headquarters from Boston to the Flatiron District.
“New York represents more than $1 trillion in property value and serves as a global hub for CRE investment, brokerage, and innovation,” said Gary Lubarsky, CEO of Realmo. “New York City is fundamentally different from most global markets. Property values, zoning requirements, ownership structures, and redevelopment opportunities can change dramatically from one block to the next. That complexity makes New York the ideal environment for validating our AI-powered real estate platform.”
The relocation follows a period of rapid product expansion for Realmo. Over five months, the company launched its Location Intelligence Engine, introduced Current Use and Suggested Use analytics, and released Rey, its conversational AI assistant for CRE professionals.
The New York office will support Realmo’s continued expansion through closer collaboration with brokerages, investors, data providers, and industry partners. The company expects its Manhattan presence to accelerate data integrations, improve market-specific analytics, and strengthen feedback loops with users.
Realmo is also expanding its team across data engineering, partnerships, and market research, while planning additional New York-focused analytics initiatives, including deeper submarket insights and expanded coverage of emerging opportunities.
Realmo continues to operate as a nationwide platform, covering all 50 states, major commercial property categories, and both for-sale and for-lease opportunities.
