Bethpage, NY Cushman & Wakefield executive managing director Rob Kuppersmith has arranged a 117,000 s/f industrial lease at 999 Bethpage Rd., on behalf of MidniteSnax and Dana’s Bakery. Steel Equities is the landlord.

The transaction marks a significant expansion for MidniteSnax and Dana’s Bakery as the companies continue to grow their operations and strengthen their distribution capabilities throughout the Northeast. The facility offers warehouse and distribution space with access to Long Island’s major transportation corridors, allowing the companies to better serve their growing customer base.

“Long Island continues to experience strong demand for well-located industrial space, and this transaction reflects the importance of securing high-quality facilities that can support long-term operational growth,” said Kuppersmith. “We were pleased to help MidniteSnax and Dana’s Bakery secure a location that aligns with their business objectives while positioning them for future growth.”

The property provides modern warehouse functionality and access to the Long Island Expwy., Northern State Pkwy. and the broader New York metropolitan region.

The lease underscores the continued strength of Long Island’s industrial market where limited inventory and sustained tenant demand continue to drive leasing activity across warehouse and distribution assets.
