Davis welcomes ground floor tenant to 1975 Madison
Harlem, NY The Davis Companies (Davis), in partnership with Eloise-Capital, has signed Little Legacy Village Preschool to occupy the ground floor retail space at 1975 Madison, an eight-story luxury residential building. The lease represents the final component of the project’s completion, with the preschool slated to open later this year.
Little Legacy Village Preschool is an early childhood education center for children aged two to four. The 1975 Madison location will be its second in Harlem, complementing its existing facility at 275 W. 146th St.
Designed by DXA Studio and constructed by Broadway Construction Group, 1975 Madison consists of 97 designed one- and two-bedroom layouts suited with amenities. Residents have access to a fitness center, meditation courtyard, bike room, pet spa, coworking space, residents’ lounge, and garage parking. The building also includes a penthouse lounge that opens to an expansive rooftop terrace with panoramic skyline views offering grilling stations, lounge seating and hammocks, and private green space. Thirty of the units are designated as affordable housing.

1975 Madison anchors the intersection of Madison and East 126th St., perfectly positioned within the neighborhood to serve growing families and the community at large.

The completion of 1975 is the latest milestone in Davis’ growing New York portfolio, with investments in assets such as 55 Willoughby and 540 Atlantic Ave.in downtown Brooklyn, as well as the ground-up development of a Manhattan Mini Storage Facility at 155-165 W 29th.
