Adam America and Northlink Capital arrange five-bedroom residence sale at The Westly
Manhattan, NY Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, developers of The Westly, a boutique condominium development located at 251 West 91st St. on the Upper West Side, completed the sale of a combined five-bedroom residence at the building, furthering momentum toward sellout.
The residence spans 3,840 s/f of interior space and 459 s/f of private outdoor space, creating a five-bedroom home with oversized entertaining areas and seamless indoor-outdoor living. The combined residence was assembled from Units 15B and 15C, which were last listed for $2.95 million and $7.5 million, respectively. Shlomi Reuveni of Reuveni Development Marketing brokered the transaction on behalf of the developers. The buyer is an Upper West Side resident.
Located on the 15th floor, the residence was assembled to create a full-floor-style layout with generous entertaining spaces, distinct private bedroom wings, and direct access to private outdoor space. The home features nine-foot-six-inch ceilings, white oak flooring, custom millwork, and richly appointed kitchens and baths finished with imported stone, custom Italian cabinetry, Waterworks fixtures, and premium Gaggenau appliances.
“The continued momentum at The Westly reflects the rarity of finding expansive, well-appointed residences on the Upper West Side paired with luxury amenities and immediate occupancy,” said David Brickman, CEO of Adam America Real Estate. “The recent activity at The Westly, coupled with the penthouse closing and full sellout at our nearby development, 2505 Bdwy., underscores the sustained demand we are seeing for thoughtfully designed, move-in ready residences on the Upper West Side.”
Following the sale, only three move-in ready residences remain at The Westly, including a penthouse residence with a private rooftop terrace, a five-bedroom home framed by an outdoor space, and a three-bedroom residence.
“What continues to resonate with buyers at The Westly is the rarity of the product itself,” said Shlomi Reuveni, president of Reuveni Development Marketing. “There are very few newly built Upper West Side condominiums offering this scale, private outdoor space, and immediate occupancy in a boutique, design-forward setting. The combination of 15B and 15C created a truly exceptional five-bedroom residence that speaks directly to the continued demand we are seeing from buyers seeking expansive modern living on the Upper West Side.”
Designed by ODA, The Westly is defined by its sculptural cantilevered architecture, Indiana limestone façade, and residences designed to maximize natural light, open views, and indoor-outdoor living. The building’s 57 residences consist of two- to five-bedroom homes, with select residences offering private outdoor terraces.
Emanating the upscale and intimate feel of a private club, The Westly’s amenity collection includes the Upper West Side’s only outdoor rooftop pool, with recreational and lounge areas overlooking the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline; a 24-hour concierge and grand double-height lobby with a stone-clad curved staircase; a fitness center and yoga studio; residents’ lounge; children’s playroom; youth gaming room; music room; bike room; live-in superintendent; and pet grooming station. Private storage units are also available for purchase.
Situated between Central Park and Riverside Park, The Westly is located in one of Manhattan’s most established residential neighborhoods and offers proximity to leading schools, cultural institutions, dining, and convenient transportation.
The sale follows continued momentum across Adam America’s Upper West Side residential portfolio, including the recent penthouse closing at 2505 Bdwy., which marked the building’s complete sellout and further reflects sustained buyer demand for luxury condominium residences in the neighborhood.
