San Francisco, CA YODA PLC made known the completion of more than 113,000 s/f of new leasing activity at Transamerica Pyramid Center. Theses even transactions have been completed since the beginning of 2026, including five since their acquisition of the property in March.

“From day one, our priority has been ensuring continuity for our existing tenants while positioning the property for long-term success,” said Alon Bar, CEO of YODA PLC. “We maintained legacy onsite leadership to create a seamless transition for both current and future tenants which has helped drive continued leasing momentum. We believe we have a lot to add to this magnificent asset and make it one of the most desired places in the San Francisco market, especially revitalizing the Transamerica Redwood ark and its existing buildings.”

“The leasing activity at Transamerica Pyramid Center reflects the enduring strength of this asset amid the ongoing flight-to-quality for premium-seeking tenants,” said Chris Roeder, vice chairman at JLL San Francisco.“We’re consistently hearing from AI and growth-oriented companies that speed-to-occupancy is a top priority.”

Plans for Three Transamerica and broader enhancements across Transamerica Pyramid Center including new restaurants, will be announced in the coming months.

“We believe deeply in the future of San Francisco and the continued evolution of Transamerica Pyramid Center as one of the city’s preeminent office destinations,” said Bar.
