Manhattan, NY Jake Logsdon has joined Adirondack Capital Partners (ACP) as senior director, a strategic hire that expands the firm’s hospitality capital markets platform while further strengthening its national real estate advisory business.

Logsdon will lead ACP’s hospitality initiatives, advising owners, investors and developers on the acquisition and disposition of hotels and resort properties nationwide. Initially, the firm’s hospitality efforts will focus on legacy and trophy assets throughout the Northeast, South Florida and Coastal California — markets where Logsdon has built deep relationships throughout his career.

Bringing nearly three decades of hospitality experience spanning financial planning, asset management, development and investment strategy, Logsdon has spent his career helping investors, owners and operators maximize the value of complex hospitality assets. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside many of the industry’s most influential boutique and lifestyle hospitality companies, helping shape the growth of brands including Soho House, Sydell Group, SBE and the internationally recognized Hyde real estate brand, while advising institutional investors, lenders and ownership groups on investment strategy and operational performance.

Prior to joining ACP, Logsdon founded Gold Creek Consulting, where he advised hotel owners and investors on deal strategy, underwriting and asset management throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Previously, he served as senior vice president of financial planning & analysis at EOS Hospitality, overseeing financial strategy for a portfolio of more than 50 hotels generating approximately $500 million in annual revenue. His unique combination of institutional finance, operational expertise and owner-side advisory experience provides ACP clients with a perspective that extends well beyond traditional brokerage services.

“Jake brings something very few professionals in our industry can offer: deep institutional finance experience combined with decades of hands-on hospitality operating and asset management expertise,” said Michael Hunter Coghill, founder and managing partner of Adirondack Capital Partners. “Hospitality is one of the most operationally intensive real estate asset classes, and Jake understands not only how hotels are valued, but how operational decisions ultimately drive investment performance. His experience, relationships and reputation make him the ideal person to lead this strategic expansion of our hospitality capital markets platform. As we continue to broaden our capabilities, his addition allows us to provide clients with an even more sophisticated level of advice and execution.”

“What attracted me to ACP was its culture,” said Logsdon. “Michael and the team have built a reputation for putting clients first through transparency, patience and integrity—qualities that aren’t always common in our industry. Hospitality requires much more than simply marketing an asset. Owners need advisors who understand the business behind the real estate. I’m excited to combine my hospitality background with ACP’s client-first approach to help owners and investors navigate complex transactions involving some of the country’s most distinctive hotels and resorts.”

Logsdon earned his Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a Certificate in Hotel Asset Management from Cornell University. He is also a licensed New York real estate salesperson.

With Logsdon’s addition, ACP is strategically expanding into a sector that demands specialized operational expertise alongside traditional capital markets advisory services. Hospitality transactions require a deep understanding of both real estate fundamentals and hotel operations, making Logsdon’s experience particularly valuable for owners evaluating acquisitions, dispositions and long-term investment strategies. The firm’s hospitality capital markets platform complements ACP’s established expertise across multifamily, office, industrial, land and high street retail investment sales, further strengthening its position as a trusted advisor to private and institutional investors nationwide.
