Resolution Real Estate arranges full-floor office for Looking Glass Psychology at 271 Madison Ave.

Manhattan, NY Jeffrey Zund and Michael Adler of Resolution Real Estate, a fully-integrated, full-service commercial real estate firm and member of NAI Global, have arranged a 4,812 s/f space at 271 Madison Ave., between 39^th and 40^th Sts., for Looking Glass Psychology. The preeminent behavioral health practice signed a 10-year lease for the full-floor space, which is fully built out and in move-in condition.

Resolution Real Estate is the exclusive leasing agent for the landlord, 271 Mad LLC. Representing the tenant was Max Freudenberger of Meridian Capital Group. Looking Glass Psychology will be relocating from 18 East 41^st St. this month.
