ESJ Group sells 200 East 75th Street retail space
Manhattan, NY EJS Group sold the ground-floor retail space at 200 East 75th St., the firm’s nearly sold-out condominium on the Upper East Side, to PIVOT Real Estate Partners. The new ownership has signed a lease with Jo Malone London, the British fragrance and lifestyle brand, which is slated to open a retail store at the base of the building this fall.
The retail space was sold by EJS Group to PIVOT Real Estate Partners for $3.35 million.
Developed by EJS Group, 200 East 75th St. features 35 residences and a collection of club-style amenities. The classically designed building by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects with interiors by AD100 and Elizabeth Graziolo of Yellow House Architects, has a limestone façade, terracotta accents, and scaled interiors.

Jo Malone London feels like a natural fit for the project, bringing a style and sophistication that align so well with the character of the neighborhood. With only one residence remaining, this announcement comes at an exciting moment for the project.”
The forthcoming Jo Malone London store will occupy 1,300 s/f of ground-floor retail space at 200 East 75th St. Jo Malone London is a British lifestyle brand known for its unique fragrance portfolio and luxury products for the bath, body and home. Together, the sale and the Jo Malone London lease underscore the strength of the building’s retail component and the continued appeal of the Upper East Side as a destination for luxury brands.
