Tungsten Property represents Cleo in West Village lease at 621 Hudson St.
Manhattan, NY Tungsten Property represented Cleo, the new West Village rotisserie from Halley Chambers and Kip Gleize of Three Top Hospitality, in securing its location at 621 Hudson St., at the corner of Hudson and Jane Sts.
The off-market transaction was led by Lydia Bell, director – retail, and Cole Stapleton, associate, on behalf of Cleo. The restaurant marks the team’s first Manhattan location, following the success of Brooklyn restaurants Margot and Montague Diner.
“Lydia and Cole found us an off-market gem in the West Village that we knew we couldn’t pass up,” said Halley Chambers and Kip Gleize, owners of Cleo. “They helped us understand the neighborhood, get familiar with the community and supported us to negotiate a deal we feel truly confident in.”
Cleo opened in April 2026 and is centered on rotisserie chicken, seasonal vegetables, bright sauces, and a neighborhood-focused dining experience.
