Houlihan Lawrence Commercial sells 1,600 s/f retail - $735,000

Briarcliff Manor, NY Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, brokered the sale of 1157 Pleasantville Rd. for $735,000 or $460 per s/f. The 1,600 s/f retail building, located in the main shopping district, was formerly an art gallery and picture framing shop. 

The seller was the long-time owner/operator of the gallery. The purchaser was a 1031 investor with plans to renovate the building and offer it out for lease. Garry Klein, associate broker and regional manager of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, represented the seller in the all-cash transaction and Thomas Lee, real estate broker, represented the buyer.
