Koeppel Rosen closes 18,200 s/f lease expansion/extension with Fenwick & West at 902 Bdwy.
Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC said that law firm Fenwick & West, LLP has expanded its office footprint at 902 Bdwy. with a new 18,200 s/f lease expansion and extension.
Fenwick & West originally occupied 54,600 s/f across the entire 14th, 15th and 18th floors of the property. This new agreement expands the firm’s footprint onto the entire 13th floor and they now occupy four full floors totaling 72,800 s/f.
Director of leasing Max Koeppel of Koeppel Rosen represented ownership. David Kleinhandler and Ken Rapp of CBRE represented the tenant.
The expansion was driven by Fenwick & West’s need for additional office space as it continues to grow its presence in New York City. The new lease carries a term of 11 years, which includes an extension on their existing floors.

Tenants at the property include SeatGeek Inc., IMAX Corporation, William Grant & Sons, Industrious and Aqua Restaurant.
