Appraisal Institute’s Upstate Chapter continuing education events

Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has an active education calendar for real estate appraisers for the remainder of 2026, including continuing education (CE) seminars that will continue in September.

In September 2026, there will be a Real Estate Network Seminar. Location and day will be announced next month.

In October 2026, the seven-hour or four-hour CE Litigation Appraiser and Expert Witness in NYS seminar will be presented. The virtual course instructor will be John Zukowski MAI, SRA.

On November 17, 2026, the seven-hour National USPAP Continuing Education will be presented. The course instructor is former AI president James Murrett MAI, SRA. The location will be announced next month.
