Philips International was represented in-house by Daniel Richman, leasing associate, and Steve Rappaport of Sinvin Realty represented Rugged Sole. "In relocating from West 8th St., Rugged Sole chose the Washington Court space due to the inherent synergies with the building's other apparel retailers," said Richman.
