Island Assocs. negotiates 1,133 s/f long-term lease for Dunkin with drive-thru; assists developer

Bethpage, NY Island Associates negotiated a new development of a ground-up free standing 1,133 s/f Dunkin with a drive-thru at 420 N. Wantagh Ave. with a long-term lease term plus options. 

Island negotiated the lease terms as well as assisted the developer/operator in obtaining approvals and having the facility constructed to the specifications of Dunkin.

The approval and construction process was lengthy, which provides this tenancy with value due to the barriers of entry to developing this model. 

This Dunkin store is their newer concept drive-thru building using a smaller footprint concentrating on the drive-thru customer. 

Dunkin joins Bethpage Bagels, Fukee Asian Cuisine, Sobel Acai, and Edible Arrangements at Bethpage Plaza.
