Feinberg and Rupprecht of CBRE/Syracuse arrange 10,400 s/f lease

Bart Feinberg and Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, of CBRE/Syracuse, brokered the lease of a 10,400 s/f warehouse/manufacturing building at 1 Dwight Park Dr. The space will be occupied by Infinity Spring, a newly formed spinoff of Midstate Spring, an East Syracuse manufacturer of precision springs and wire forms.
