Grosso represents clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. His clients include institutional lenders, private lenders, debt funds, investors, and developers.

Grosso joined Donovan LLP in August 2021 and is a graduate of New York Law School. During his tenure at the firm, he has worked on several notable transactions, including:
• Jersey City, New Jersey – Represented the borrower group in connection with a $150+ million construction financing for the development of a mixed-use project in Jersey City’s Journal Square.
• Brooklyn, New York – Represented a co-lender in the origination of a $90+ million aggregate construction loan for the development of a mixed-use project in Park Slope consisting of more than 175 residential units, ground-floor retail, community facility space, and structured parking.
• New York, New York – Represented a co-lender in the origination of a $140+ million aggregate construction loan for the development of two 32-story luxury residential towers.
