Feil Organization signs 74,500 s/f lease with HDR at 7 Penn Plaza
Manhattan, NY The Feil Organization has signed HDR, employee-owned architecture and engineering firm, to a long-term, 74,500 s/f lease at 7 Penn Plaza. The firm will relocate one of its flagship offices to the building, occupying the 15th, 16th and 17th floors. As part of the transaction, The Feil Organization will deliver a new 14,000 s/f building-wide rooftop amenity following renovations.
The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Kyle Young.
