Manhattan, NY Global Holdings Management Group in partnership with Industrious, a flexible workplace experience company, have signed a leased for a new location at 875 Third Ave., set to open in July 2026.

The new workspace will be on the 6th and 7th floors of the building, spanning 28,000 s/f, and includes 226 office seats and 26 access seats. The space delivers Industrious’ signature hospitality-driven experience, combining premium amenities, and convenience in the city. The workspace is situated within the Class A asset in Midtown’s active corridor on Third Ave. Members will benefit from transit connectivity – the building is at the 53rd St. subway station and has close access to Grand Central Terminal. 875 Third Ave. is a 29-story, Class A office tower offering abundant windows for natural light through an upgraded lobby atrium and amenity offerings, and floor plates.

Within 875 Third, Industrious members will access a wide range of dining, retail, fitness, and café options, making for an elevated workplace experience and optimal location in Midtown East.

“There’s been a lot of momentum along Third Ave. over the past couple of years, and we’ve been paying attention. We’ve experienced growing demand from companies looking for flexible, quality space in Midtown,” said Natalie Levine, director of real estate at Industrious. “The transit is there, the dining scene is great, and there’s a real energy back in this part of the city. We’re glad to be here, and excited to be partnering with Global Holdings for the first time.”

“At Global Holdings, we see the value placed in flexible, collaborative workspaces, and our partnership with Industrious at 875 Third creates a beautiful ecosystem for emerging companies to grow in our portfolio,” said Craig Panzirer, senior vice president / director of leasing, Global Holdings. “We look forward to supporting Industrious as they expand their footprint and contribute to the energy and innovation of our tenant community.”

In addition to modern design and a premium workplace experience, 875 Third houses a number of food and beverage options right within the building. Opening this year, Industrious members can soon enjoy Utopia Bagels and juice bar Essex Squeeze on the ground floor and lower concourse of 875 Third. Both will join other retail tenants such as dry-aged Omakase experience Atto Sushi, coffee and tea shop Cafe Hatou, the fast-casual salad spot Chopt, and more. Currently, 875 Third is 97% leased.

Nearby Industrious locations include Lex & E 50th St, a thriving location just around the corner that speaks to the strong and growing demand in the area’s office market, and the highly anticipated Industrious Reserve at Lever House, coming soon to 390 Park Ave.
