2026 Developing Queens: Court Square
Queens, NY Rising 56 stories above Long Island City’s Court Square, this striking mixed-use condominium tower is one of the most architecturally ambitious projects in the city’s history. Designed by FXCollaborative with interiors by Chris Shao Design Studio, the building’s sculptural form creates a genuine landmark on the city skyline. It is also a recipient of NYSERDA’s Building of Excellence Award, recognizing its commitment to high-performance design.
Developed by Charney Companies, Tavros, and Incoco Capital, the tower is the product of a years-long, painstaking site assemblage that began in 2016 - ultimately bringing together seven contiguous townhouse properties and air rights acquisitions to create a rare full-block presence in the heart of Court Square.
The building offers residences ranging from studios to four-bedrooms, complemented by a premier amenities package. At the podium level, residents will have direct access to a flagship Whole Foods Market and Chelsea Piers Fitness. In partnership with the MTA, the development team is also implementing significant transit upgrades at the surrounding stations - improving E/F platform access and creating new connections to the 7 line at 44th Dr.
