Brodsky Org. develops Chelsea Enclave; Polshek Ptrsp. Arch. is architect

Sales have recently begun at Chelsea Enclave, a new condop developed by The Brodsky Organization, located in the Chelsea neighborhood at 177 Ninth Ave. Chelsea Enclave is designed by Polshek Partnership Architects with interiors by Alan Wanzenberg Architects. Interiors were exclusively designed by Alan Wanzenberg while outdoor spaces were designed by landscape architects Quennell Rothschild & Partners. The residences at Chelsea Enclave consist of one to four-bedroom homes, ranging from 882 to 3,452 s/f.
