Island Assocs. leases 1,750 s/f at Brent City SC to NAL Pharmacy

Brentwood NY Robert Raffa and Robert Monahan from Island Associates Real Estate negotiated a 1,750 s/f lease at the Brent City Shopping Center, 1825 Brentwood Rd. The new addition to the center is NAL Pharmacy taking 1,750 s/f for their second pharmacy location in Suffolk County. NAL Pharmacy is one of the new tenants along with Smiles Orthodontics - 2,000 s/f and the Robin Barber Shop - 2,200 s/f arriving in the center adding a new dynamic’s to the Brent City Shopping Center.
