G.S. Wilcox & Co. arranges $50 million B-Note in Middlesex County

Middlesex County, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. has secured a $50 million b-note for a 500,000 s/f industrial warehouse. The financing for the property was arranged by Gretchen Wilcox, president and founder, and Al Raymond, principal.

The subject is located near I-95 and is functional, offering 63 loading docks and 30-ft. clear ceiling heights.
