Zenith IOS promotes Thai to head of investments

Manhattan, NY Zenith IOS, a leading vertically integrated industrial outdoor storage (IOS) investment platform, promoted Vinh Thai to head of investments. Thai, previously senior vice president of investments, joined Zenith in 2022 and oversees investments at the firm.

Prior to Zenith, Thai held positions in multifamily and mixed-use development at LCOR and Carmel Partners, with a focus on acquisitions, underwriting, and project execution. He began his career in Wells Fargo’s real estate banking group.
