Cronheim Hotel Capital secures $19.954 million for construction of Hampton Inn Kennesaw, GA

Kennesaw, GA Cronheim Hotel Capital (CHC) has secured $15.954 million in construction financing for the development of a Hampton Inn Atlanta NW/Kennesaw Town Center. The financing provides up to 70% of total project costs, featuring limited recourse and highly competitive pricing from a national bank lender.
The property will be developed by Vector Hospitality Inc. and is in the Kennesaw Town Center market, approximately 30 minutes northwest of downtown Atlanta. The site offers access to major employers, retail destinations, entertainment venues, and key transportation corridors within one of the fastest-growing submarkets in the metro area.
Aman Patel, president of Vector Hospitality, said “We are excited to continue expanding our presence in the Kennesaw market, a community that has been central to our hospitality roots for nearly two decades. This project represents a strategic opportunity to deliver a high-quality, well-located Hilton product that meets the growing demand in the area. We look forward to bringing the Hampton Inn Atlanta NW/Kennesaw Town Center to life and further strengthening our long-standing commitment to the market.”
David Turley, president of CHC, said “Construction financing remains challenging in the current environment, and securing the right terms can be the difference between a project penciling or not. Being able to deliver a bank at 70% LTC with limited recourse is extremely unique and sets the project up with a strong foundation for success that we know the Vector team will build upon.”
Construction is expected to break ground this month (May 2026), with an anticipated 14-month construction timeline. Upon completion, the Hampton Inn Atlanta NW/Kennesaw Town Center is expected to generate economic impact for the local community, including the creation of construction and permanent hospitality jobs, increased tax revenue, and additional support for surrounding businesses. The project further reinforces the continued growth and investment momentum within the Kennesaw corridor.
