What recent accomplishment or initiative are you most proud of, and what impact did it have on your firm, clients, or community?
One of my proudest achievements was uniting legal teams across the UK, Middle East, and U.S. to support a renewable energy client. Despite differing systems, time zones, and cultures, I built a cohesive, high-performing team focused on a shared goal. By fostering collaboration and empowering contributions, we delivered strong results in complex regulatory environments. This experience reinforces my belief that leadership is about connection — an approach I continue to apply across my work and as 2026 president of CREW New York.
What book, podcast, or app has most influenced your approach to leadership?
Radical Candor by Kim Scott.
What advice would you share with emerging professionals striving to become future leaders in commercial real estate?
For future leaders, approach your career with curiosity, humility, and a commitment to growth. Real estate is a dynamic, relationship-driven industry that spans finance, law, design, and community impact. Go beyond technical skills — understand how your work shapes communities. Engage with the neighborhoods you serve and learn from professionals across disciplines. Step outside your comfort zone, ask questions, and embrace new perspectives — because real growth happens beyond the familiar.
