Manhattan, NY Sotheby’s International Realty - New York City Brokerages have added a roster of top-producing agents and teams to their operations. The new additions bring decades of combined real estate expertise and billions of dollars in collective career sales volume, further strengthening the brand’s position in the New York City real estate market.
Andrea Wohl-Lucas, with nearly 30 years of experience and over $1 billion in career sales, joins Sotheby’s International Realty – East Side Manhattan Brokerage from Douglas Elliman. Whol-Lucas’ clientele includes Forbes 400 members, CEOs of major corporations, and celebrated figures in film, music, television, and technology. She served as the on-site broker for Ian Schrager’s 215 Chrystie St. on the Lower East Side, where she sold out the building within eight months, achieving some of the highest prices per s/f ever recorded in the downtown market.
Whol-Lucas is known for her comprehensive property marketing campaigns and expert negotiation skills. She has been featured on HGTV’s Selling New York, FOX 5 Television, and has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Post, New York Magazine, Forbes Magazine, and other prominent publications. She holds a Bachelor of Science in education from Boston University and a master’s in communications from New York University.

John Carbone has directed and participated in more than $2 billion in complex transactions spanning luxury resales, high-end rentals, and new development sales over the course of a decade-long career. A recognized specialist in Upper East Side cooperative buildings — particularly along Fifth and Park Aves. — he brings expertise navigating the nuanced requirements of the city’s most prestigious co-op boards and properties. His notable representations include three full-floor apartments at 860 Park Ave., a Charles Gwathmey–designed pied-à-terre at The Sherry-Netherland, a full-floor SoHo loft, and a Rosario Candela masterpiece in a distinguished Sutton Place South cooperative. He is also known for maintaining an extensive network of off-market opportunities.
Prior to rejoining Sotheby’s International Realty – East Side Manhattan Brokerage, Carbone served as managing director of Nest Seekers International’s East Side office on Park Avenue for five years, where he identified and developed elite brokers and managed teams responsible for more than $300 million in transaction volume annually. He holds a degree earned with honors from New York University’s College of Arts and Science.

The Chris Casey Team — compred of Chris Casey and Jenny Tejada — joined Sotheby’s International Realty – East Side Manhattan Brokerage from Compass in January 2026, bringing $27.7 million in 2025 sales volume. Chris Casey is a lifelong Riverdale resident with more than 16 years of experience renting and selling properties throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester. His business is built on creative marketing strategies and a standard of personal client service that consistently exceeds expectations. A graduate of Manhattan College, where he studied business and marketing, Casey has cultivated a strong base of repeat and referral business, which he considers the greatest measure of his success.
Gina Ko brings more than 25 years of client-facing experience and over $200 million in career sales to Sotheby’s International Realty. She has helped individuals, families, and global investors navigate transactions ranging from co-ops and condos to townhouses, multi-family properties, and new development sellouts. A Smith College alumna, Ko is known for her holistic, concierge-level approach to service.

Carpinello joins Sotheby’s International Realty as an expert advisor to the New York City real estate market with a diverse clientele that includes experienced investors, developers, and first-time buyers. Previously at Howard Hanna Elegran Real Estate - Manhattan office, Carpinello is known for a data-driven advisory approach and sharp expertise navigating the contractual and geographical complexities of the New York City real estate market. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Emerson College and studied screenwriting at UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television.
