Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. welcomes Teapulse to 1375B Sixth Ave.
Manhattan, NY Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York’s real estate organizations, signed a new long-term retail lease with tea and pastry shop Teapulse at 1375B Sixth Ave. in the Plaza District.
Set to open next month, Teapulse’s new location will operate out of an 840 s/f street-level storefront at the base of Claridge’s, Manhattan Skyline’s pre-war luxury rental apartment building. The shop will feature 12 ft. of frontage on Sixth Ave. between West 55th and 56th St. This will mark Teapulse’s eighth location across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Joshua Roth, senior vice president of retail represented Manhattan Skyline in the transaction. Teapulse was represented by Allen Wang of Foundation CRE, formerly of Project Queens at the lease signing.
A modern beverage brand blending tradition with contemporary tastes, Teapulse was founded in New York City in 2022 and has emerged as a trailblazer in the fast-casual space. Signature drink items include lemonades, smoothies, kombucha, boba teas and coffees, reimagined through innovative techniques to create distinct offerings.
Teapulse’s pastry program includes the Pastel de Nata – a Portuguese-style egg tart inspired by Macau’s cultural heritage symbolizing a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western traditions – alongside oven-baked croissant donuts reimagined with Kyoto matcha and other unexpected flavor glazings.

The entrance to Teapulse is just steps from the F subway line and a short walk to the N, Q, R, W, E, B and D trains. Neighboring retailers include Chipotle, Le Pain Quotidien, Maki Maki, Pazza Notte, Quality Bistro, Bluemercury, Wagamama, Starbucks, Estiatorio Milos, Hilton Hotel, Warwick Hotel, Thompson Central Park Hotel, Drybar, Chop’t, Pret A Manger and Joe & The Juice.
